Returns

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Joker Racing Products does not accept any returned goods without prior approval.

Please click here to complete the Return Authorization form. You will receive an email with the RA#. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the following:

Authorized returns will be handled by replacement or refund.

No returns are accepted after 60 days of purchase.

Customer is responsible for all inbound shipping costs. Please do not send items C.O.D. Unfortunately, we'll have to refuse C.O.D. shipments.

Defective or Incorrect Order

Give us a call at 1-888-498-5222, Ext. 195 and we'll have UPS pick up the package (pre-paid, of course) or we'll send you a pre-paid UPS label and you can drop it off at any UPS location.
