Shipping Policy

Orders must be placed by noon (Central Standard Time).

Most orders are processed and shipped within two or three business days.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless Joker Racing Products waives them as part of a sales promotion.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipments can be expedited at customers expense via UPS 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico must ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Order cancelled by customer will be subject to a transaction fee.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail.

Please allow an extra day or two for us to process international orders.

The final shipping price will be confirmed before sending your order.

We do not ship to the following countries: South African Countries, Russia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Damaged Shipments

Freight carriers are responsible to deliver Joker Racing Products© shipments in reasonable condition.

All shipments leave Joker Racing Products© warehouse in perfect condition.

If any customer receives a box that was damaged in shipment it is their responsibility to take appropriate action with the freight carrier.
